Atlanta to murder him over the objection of his grandparents without permission or a
court order.

filed for a court order to

Johnathan's 13
year old mother and her three brothers were removed from the
custody of their parents
by Sevier County TN DCS and placed with other families. Why didn't the
DCS officials protect Johnathan?
These officials object to this web site and took legal
action to have it removed. Involved in this case is a
Sevier county DCS worker, her supervisor, a DCS Attorney and three
court appointed GAL lawyers.
On March 29th after failing to find a judge in Tennessee that would
sign a court
order for Johnathan's murder,
the next day his 13
year old mother was given an abortion in
Atlanta ending his life against her parents objection and without a court order. DCS and the lawyers were silent even though they were aware it was scheduled.
Knoxville attorney Van R Irion is currently
representing
Jonathan's grandparents against the Tennessee Department
of Childrens Services. Please help with the
tremenouus legal cost that Jonathan's
grandparents face. Their four
children have been taken and their
grandson has been
murdered. Their wishes are that no one should have to go
through what

Biblical injustices that have taken place.
These lawsuits address case law that will set a
nationwide precedent. Two family court judges have been sued.
We will not give up! We are working to get laws passed to prohibit
something like this from ever happening
again. We believe no 13 year old girl should be taken to another state
to murder a baby when that murder
is illegal in Tennessee. Those that do these things need to be exposed
and brought to justice. Those that hide
and conceal these acts of murder need to face the same fate. Help us
sound the alarm and stop the murder. The blood of Johnathan and only God knows how many more babies are upon their heads. No tax dollars or government resources should be used to participate in the murder of babies. The government and it's hirelings should be bared from this evil practice. There should be criminal penalties for their participation.
There are approximately 450,000 children currently in foster care in the United States. Foster care is the #1 pipeline for children to enter the lucrative child sex trafficking networks. DCS is an evil organization that operates in secret much like the Nazi SS and the KGB. If you fight them they will try to destroy you, bankrupt you, take your children from you, try to destry your marriage, demand impossible endless hoops so you are fired. Their hirelings are satanic, heartless and evil. Judges rubber stamp their actions and do not force them to follow the law. Many of the laws they operate under are unconstitutional. Do NOT talk to, or ever trust these people. Anything you say can and will be used against you. Facts will be twisted and lies against you will be told. They operate with fear and intimidation & most lawyers are afraid of them! It is almost impossible to find a lawyer that is not afraid of, or intimidated by them so they can fight to win. Attorneys like Van R Irion are very rare.
The cost per year per child in Tennessee is up to $120,347.80 there is a huge financial incentive to have children in DCS custody. There are also additional costs, the court system, counseling services and much more that can bring this to over $200,000 total per child. Recent research confirms that the long-term outcomes for youth who spend a significant portion of their childhood in the foster care system are bleak. A focus on preventing children from entering state custody unnecessarily and on reducing the amount of time spent in out-of-home care can minimize the negative consequences often associated with the foster care system.

This site in no way justifies or approves of premarital sex by anyone,
especially minor children. When this happens it
is a tragedy that should be dealt with by Biblical solutions. Never is
one of the solutions murder with an abortion
against an innocent baby that has done nothing wrong.
